We know your time is valuable and so is ours. Let’s be respectful of both.
All Discovery Calls and Paid Strategy Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through idora.law. Payment confirms your appointment.
The $50 Discovery Call fee is non-refundable. If we determine that Idora Law Studio is a good fit for your needs and you move forward with any legal service, the $50 will be applied as a credit toward your Paid Strategy Session or other formal engagement made within 30 calendar days of the discovery call.
We understand that schedules change.
Here is our policy:
— Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be honored in full on the first cancelation only. Your payment will be applied to a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge for one cancelation. Any additional cancelations will result in your forfeit of your session fee.
— Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Your session fee will be forfeited.
— No-shows — appointments for which no notice is given — are non-refundable. Your session fee will be forfeited.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a Discovery Call or Paid Strategy Session, the session will be shortened accordingly. The full fee applies regardless of the time used.
The $325 Paid Strategy Session fee is non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit toward a rescheduled session for the first cancelation. Any additional cancelations will result in your forfeit of your session fee.
We recognize that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible at mj@idora.law. Exceptions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Idora Law Studio.
